I am on Suboxone but occasionally have terrible pain in my back. Can I still take extended release morphine and get the pain relief but of course not the "high" of morphine? I just want pain relief!
I am a chronic pain sufferer and have been on suboxone for awhile because I got in trouble with the cops and told my pain dr. He took me off of moriphene and put me on suboxone. I would still end up in sever pain and have to go to the emergency room and they would give me percocets or vicoden and it would help with the pain but not as much as it would have had I not been taking suboxone. So My anwser is probably yes u would get a little extra relief from your pain.
