I’ve spent thousands on dental work, since I’ve been on Suboxone. I would love to get some relief/ help with the dental bills. My dentist told me about the correlation, it makes sense with having to dissolve r the med in the mouth but, a warning and precaution and another avenue to take the medication!

I was on this drug for 5 yrs recently stopped bc of fear of losing what teeth I have left . Mostly all of my teeth were pulled after taking this drug . I have no dental insurance . I spent thousands of dollars to stop the loss of my teeth , however , they just crumble now and I can't afford to do anything about it so I stopped taking suboxone . My brother and his gr have been on the drug over 15 yrs and both have lost all their teeth . I totally blame suboxone for all of it . We all had barely any issues until stating suboxone

Scott suboxone has citric acid and the tablets and the films have to sit there for 30 minutes doing that everyday for years can easily cause tooth decay I had all my teeth fall out and now have all on 4 implants I now have perfect teeth however suboxone did not inform anyone of the risks. I used the company in 2018 and won s settlement. I used it to pay for the implants I had half it out already but the settlement paid for the rest and what I had leftover I bought a Scion tC which helped me get a job and now I have steady income. Life works in mysterious ways. But just wanted to put that out there if your case is severe and you have a good company representing you and it really did make you lose teeth you can win. Just tell the truth. That’s all I did

Suboxone is not just for people whom abused opioids fella, VA put me on opioids in 2006 upon my return from Afghanistan and I never once took more than I was prescribed. But after 14 years of taking every day, my body was dependent. I am an instructor for a welding school and I took the films for two years and it successfully allowed me to come off of Percocet's without all the BS.

I’m in the middle of dental hell from Suboxone. I was supposed to have surgery a week ago to have 3 destroyed wisdom teeth extracted, 3 root canals & 5 cavities fixed, but they had to resched for a week from today bc they couldn’t find a vein. I barely made it to the first date, idk how I’m gonna make it to the new date; I’m in middle of over a month of severe pain. It’s destroyed my life in many ways. It’s been months of severe dental pain & financially devastating. There is no “informed consent” when taking Suboxone, there needs to be another class action. They’ve already had one for overcharging patients who should have been given the option for a generic. Also, in the United States of Corruption, dental care is NOT considered healthcare. And dental Ins for most ppl cost more than what they’ll cover & somehow dental insurance doesn’t cover most dental problems or has the minimum or no coverage for the dental care most people are needing it for, it’s a scam.
Has anyone heard of there’s going to be another suboxone class action? TIA

I've been on them For 12 years the first 9; my teeth were normal and just getting better within the last 2 years since the huge amount of genetics have taken the market I've lost over 8 teeth

I'm mortified I can't pay 30 k for implant bridges and they have been proven to be a far better option than the outdated plates our elders have used especially for a younger generation of professionals.... Who have 30 more years in the work force. Not to mention the mental anguish.
Something has to be done.

And all the new FDA WARNINGS I'm seeing are all from the beginning of this year. It's horrible.....

I just want to feel like I can leave me house, hell smile without my 5 years y

Wow! Good on you for being so compassionate toward anyone with an Opiod addiction/dependence. And, just so you, the holier than thou, know...you spelled which as witch. Or maybe that was a Freudian slip?

I have had the exact symptoms and decay. I was on prescribed pain meds, legally, for most of my life to car accidents and NEVER had any problems with my teeth, but after being on suboxone for 3 1/2 years, I now need all my teeth extracted (a lot have decayed, fallen out,) but the majority have been pulled and I need false teeth.

I agree that we need to start a class action lawsuit. NOW!!! I am not an opiate addict. I was given Suboxone in a hospital so I could stop taking pain meds for an injury. Worst decision I ever made. I have been unable to stop Suboxone due to the excruciating withdrawal. I call it 'chemical enslavement" It keeps the customers coming in. I have lost 3 teeth, and was not taking any other opiates. My looks are ruined. It is very traumatic to lose teeth!! I was never warned of this horror. Please let me know if a Class Action happening. Lawyers will not touch these cases, They say they are 'unwindable" Class action is the only way. I am in!!
