I've been on it for 10 years. I had a full set of teeth when I started it. I barely have 8 teeth, probably less by the time you read this. I'm ashamed to go to the dentist because I feel like they have to be thinking there is no way this girl brushes her teeth everyday. No, not twice a day like I should and I floss probably weekly, or did but now there is hardly anything to floss. I no longer leave my house, I'm crying as I type this up. I'm 35 years old. My husband asked what I wanted for Christmas and I said the gifts that I love can't do anything for me anymore. Cute clothes, no point. Jewelry, no point. Makeup used to be something I loved to do very much but there is literally no point. I look gross. I'm with ya on the wanting to sue.

I was taking it for a while, maybe a year or more even as much as I don't like to admit it. Soooooooo addictive. In the end I was only taking it to "feel normal" as I used to feel before taking it... Luckily for me my handbag was stolen when a few were kicking me on the ground, they were random people and they decided to take my handbag too. This truly was lucky as I was forced to quit cold turkey (no doubt the clinic would have happily prescribed me more if I went there but for some reason I didn't) I am so glad they were taken from me, my suboxone addiction is what was taken from me. I am also lucky to not have suffered the
withdrawal symptoms I was worried about, though I was camping at the time so keeping busy with adventure. I know we can
all do it no matter what we are doing. Right now I am night two cold turkey off weed, I feel this too might be difficult as I've been smoking for years, but I am determined despite withdrawal symptoms and craving.Anyone who is struggling with this, feel your heart. Feel your power and
feel your strregnth and love. You are not alone. This quitting may be difficult but you are worth it. I love you and you can do this ❤️ I recommend practice of mindfulness and qigong, the eight brocades in the morning, you can youtube tutorials if you're interested, as for mindfulness I recommend Shamash Alidina Mindfulness for Dummies - Accept feeling any and all withdrawal symptoms, you don't have to like them, or dislike them. And if you do like or dislike them, you don't need to do anything about it, be there for yourself.
