I am a student, and my girlfriend and I are addicted to roxycodone and morphine, and want to get off. She is also addicted to Xanax. I want to know something: is suboxone replacement therapy like Methadone, or can it really help us get off the opiates? And what about Xanax, is there a non-painful way to come off this. I just can't detox alone, and I can't afford treatment. I am a productful memeber of society, I program computers for a living, but my job will also know of my addiction if I just take two weeks off and come back looking like a monster. I'm tired of hiding this, it's like wearing a mask to act normal and I'm not. PLEASE help us, we're very frightened of being stuck on this for life....I can't live like that.
