jumped at 1mg and no sleep for 5days but kept busy and pushed my self to do thing plan each day out to fill most of your time it's tuff but not 3weeks tuff . I did it cold turkey but took melatonin day five and melatonin and traz day six and slept most of the nite. Use meetings and wit ever to fill your days and at nite watch tv its not as annoying if u don't watch it all day . Call people when it's tuff to take mind off. It's not easy but I just told myself I was a machine

Took 6 days could use another's good notes sleep but don't cry about it fight for it push yourself!!! I went to gym today amazing work out
