im 14 and i was sat in bed on my laptop at around 10 at night. i then got a sudden throbbing pain in my left testicle. the pain started to slowly ease down. i have a small lump at the top of my testicle and i recently learned about testicular torsion in school. so im worried could it be that?? if not what is it and is there anything i can do?? please reply soon :/
