Hi guest16, you say your foreskin is swollen, do you know what has caused it to swell up, such as forcing it back or because you masturbated to much? Does it hurt all the time or just when you touch it or try to pull it back, are you normally able to pull your foreskin back when your penis is soft and hard only soft or neither?

You never answered my question about are you able to retract your foreskin when your penis is soft or hard, if you have a tight foreskin and your not able to pull it back either when soft or hard then that can cause trauma to the foreskin when you masturbate to hard or long and cause it to swell, if that's the case I would suggest some simple stretching exercises so your foreskin can retract easy.
