I have had unprotected sex with my girlfriend. Immediately after this I found foreskin on my penis become red and swollen quite badly. This is not painful but made me worry. My girl is also worried so we want some advice about what this could be? Could it be some disease, irritation or something else?
It depends what you think by “immediately”? This could be “trush”, fungal infection, but it takes a few days to appear. If you mean that the redness and swelling happened within a few minutes, probably it is a mild allergy. If there is swollen of retracted foreskin with fluid its appearance can be very alarming. This could happen when you fall asleep with your foreskin retracted. But when its color is bright red there is no need for concern-yet. There is one way to reduce the swelling, and it’s by covering the penis in ordinary or granulated sugar. This draws the fluid out of the penis by osmosis. You know the only way to find it out is to check your penis with urologist. I would recommend you that if this last for more than one or two days.

I washed up in a massage parlour last night, and I think maybe I had an alergic reaction to the oil she was using. This happened to me as well. I fell asleep after sex, with my foreskin retracted. I woke up to a swollen foreskin. It does not hurt and I'm sure that I did not contract anything from my girlfriend since we've been together for 6 years... Must be falling asleep with the sleeve back; don't do it.
