If you are suffering from psoriasis there is a good chance that this is causing your boils and swollen lymph nodes. Psoriasis is known to weaken the protective barrier of the skin so it’s not uncommon that the infections are more prone to go through your skin. Boils are usually small infections under the skin. And lymph nodes do get swollen when there is an infection in the body.
You said that you have this for 25 years now. Have you ever changed your therapy? How often do you go for checkups? Where do you have psoriasis exactly? If it is on your head that even might affect lymph nodes more. Do you experience pain when lymph nodes are swollen?
