Hello! I am a little bit afraid and I hope that you will know what I need to do. My problem is next: sometimes in my armpits my lymph nodes are swollen and sore. But, after few days they are not swollen and painful. This is very strange for me and I have to admit that I am afraid that this could be something serious. Thank you in advance!

Hello! I doubt that sometimes serious is in case here. I suppose so that you are afraid of breast cancer, right. I ca tell you that this is not symptom of breast cancer. In case of breast cancer lymph nodes are always swollen and painful. I just think that your lymph nodes work its job: fighting against infection in your body. Lymph nodes can be swollen and painful if you scratch somewhere, because of shaving, etc.
