One vaginal lip became sore. It seemed like an ingrown hair. Clear fluid seemed to come out. A day later there were black pumps on each hair folical. I used some different soap, but my inter leg area is rather sore. I was thinking that it was bothered by the soaps, but not so sure?? Any ideas on black pumps. It burns and is sore, but no itching.
