hi!
i don't knew abut piles or hydroceles till i entered 10th standard. i've observed my left testicle swollen on the very next day when i heard my friends discussing on that topic. i thought of consulting adoctor. but i felt shy.since that day my left testicle is swollen as it is.
And my penis is also curved. this is since four years.
so i need some suggetions and the problems that may rise.
and what should i do. are the above discussed two problems curable?

I'm not sure what you mean by "entered 10th standard". Is that an expression for entering 10th grade in High School?
Yes, it can be a little embarassing to ask a doctor about your private parts... but it's critical to getting a correct diagnois. If you have a swollen testicle that is causing you pain and concern, go get it checked out at your family doctor's office. Tell them when you make the appointment what your concern is.
They will likely schedule an appointment or refer you to a urologist who specializes in this area. When you see that doctor, mention your concern about a curved penis.
Note: about half of all men have a curve to their penis. Some curve upwards, some curve a little left or a little right. Note, I said a little, not a left or right hook. A gentle curve is nothing to be concerned about... in fact, some ladies will love you more for it, because it will increase the pressure and friction in intercourse.
A severe curve, especially one that has just come out of nowhere recently requires immediate attention by a doctor. It may indicate a blockage inside the "inflatable blood passages" of the penis. The doctor can tell you if this is treatable or not.
But the key is to schedule an appointment and be seen by a pair of trained medical eyes.
Good luck.
