Hi ive had a swollen throat for 3 weeks, had antibiotics but no joy with them no change, it gets worse in the evenings and i can hardly talk, got really horse voice... i wake in the night to swallow and sometimes it is painful, my doctor couldnt see any reason for it. can anyone help ?
