About 30 hours ago I was lifting weights. I came out a little sore in my legs and as I turned the corner I felt pain in one of my testicles. It does not hurt unless I move my hips too fast. It is not severe pain, but more dull and I can run on it and can even roll over in bed. The pain lasts for maybe a second and I can move much better than right after I experienced this. I have no idea what it can be, but do not believe it is testicular torsion because I have no symptoms of it and it occurred over 24 hours ago. Does anybody know what this could be and how long I should wait to lift again?

I doubt it is testicular torsion. If it was, you'd be doubled over by now and not posting.
A hernia is a possibility, or the beginnings of one. Check to see if you feel any lumps in your groin area.
Give yourself a day or so then go easy on the weights. If the pain continues, see your doctor.
