i always had very sensitive testicles but it got much worst now. it hurts when i have sex and when i am done i feel huge pressure to urinate but feels like something is blocking it and takes at least 20/25 min to start urinating. it comes out little by little. also i notice a small bump, very sensitive bump, its located on the bottom of my right testicle. it usually last about 1 hour for the pain to go away and i am able to walk normally. i has an ultrasom done a year ago and nothing was found. what could that be? i am 36 years old and dont know what to do. thank you very much. john
