One of my testicles hurts after I ejaculate more than 3 times in a few hours. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it. Sometimes it will be in one testicle, sometimes the other, sometimes in both. Am I just going too much? I am a 25 yr old male, not in the best shape, but I have a wild girlfriend. Please help.

If you space yourself between ejaculations and do something productive like yard work, your sperm production will be more efficient, giving you less pain after ejaculations. Also during the time between fantasize about an attractive woman who will do things for you that no woman has or ever will, testosterone will circulate and you will have less "blue ball" syndrome.

The thing is that you might be having too much ejaculations in short period of time. Testicles tend to hurt if people suffered from some trauma in that part of the body, but it can also be several other things. The most serious one is of course cancer of the testicles. This cannot be diagnosed like this, you really should see a doctor in order to have clear diagnose about this. On the other hand you might be suffering from urinary infection and the pain might be caused by this. What do you mean that you have a wild girlfriend? If you are doing some painful stuff than I really don’t see other causes to the pain.
