I have been experiencing issues for a while now, to explain;

My right testicle feels a little soft, but firm enough for you to know it has form which i'm assuming means its perfectly fine.

My left testicle is a lot firmer and to me feels larger than the right for sure.. I feel no discomfort touching the testicle itself however there are two things with it that i cant find on the right testicle at all.

1. A pea sized hard lump seemingly on the surface, around halfway up the testicle.. Light pressure to the lump causes no pain, but i do feel a dull ache in the entire testicle afterwardw
2. Below the testicle there is a very hard and VERY painful lump around the size of a marble (id say around 1cm in diameter.  Touching the lump causes a pain, and afterwards the aching sensation lasts for hours.  Some parts of this lump cause greater pain than others.

My left testicle has a constant aching pain, and when its at its worst i also feel it in my lower back.  There is also a burning sensation in the left side of my groin.

The burning isnt always present but the ache is, at times especially after masturbation the aching is much worse and the burning sensation is also.

I went to a doctor and explained all this to her (and took results of myself being tested for all possible sexual infections to rule those out) and her response was that it was simply my epididymis (she totally ignored the pea sized lump despite saying she felt it, and seemed to not care that i was in agony throughout the examination of my left testicle  (the pain was so unbearable i was almost in tears)

I was wondering/hoping someone else has some insight for me, and if anyone else has experienced these symptoms like i have.

Hey there,

First off how old are you and when did you first notice the lumps? have they gotten any bigger?

I would go to another doctor (MALE DOCTOR) I have had bothe male and female doctors perform physicals on me and personally I think the females are much too rough as they do not know how sensitive out testis can be!!!! especially if they are infected or have some other abnormality to them.

I would go to a male doctor and have him take a look. also it would not be a bad idea to have a testicular ultrasound done to rule out cysts, cancer, hydrocele or vericocele.

I hope this helps some.

Let me konw what you think

Thanks

Hey guest . Can you better describe the sensation ? Is it constant or come and go? Has it gotten worse? Is it in one or both testes ? How old are you are you sexually active
