ok this is my question i put myself on suboxen because tthe pills were ruining my life and i cant find a doc here in the sticks to perscribe them to me or even where to begin so anyway im outta suboxen witch by the way i only took a quarter in the morning and a quarter in the evening and sometimes a quarter in the middle depending on how i was feeling and it worked i got a job that iv held down for 2 years everythings great except now i cant find any suboxen and can't work without it so anyway i got a 100 mg of liquid methadone i took my last quarter of suboxen last night nothing today should i wait till im sick to start the methadone and how much should i take so im just comfortable please anyone who can help im desprate and need to keep my job not only for myself either :-(
P.S iv been on subs for 2 years if that helps i just dont wanna be sick anymore

you have to want to get clean. i go to at least 4 NA meetings a week. im working the steps with my SPONSOR. heroin isnt the problem. the addict is the problem. so to effectivly get off of the dope, you need to work on the issues of why you were using it to begin with.

Methadone and Subutex are basically the same. However, Physeptone is prescribed in the UK. Physeptone is a linctus containing methadone and Chloroform. This gives a sedative effect that methadone and Subutex do not on there own. Maybe they would to a non-user for a very short period but not to an addict. I was on Methadone from 1986 to 2012 and also on the high dose- Doles-Nyswander program in Stockholm.In 2006 I moved to the UK and was given Physeptone again. Much better than ordinary Methadone.In 2007 after visiting Stockholm, they changed the linctus on their high dose program after seeing the improvement in me, by adding a sedative. This was done because addicts were buying Flunitrazepam and Clonazepam on the streets to get that sed affect. Now I am on Subutex and dont feel a thing. I have 1000,s of mls of Physeptone and am going to go back to it. So in answer to your question I would take the Subutex as it is a nightmare going from Methadone to Subutex if you dont get on with it. So start with Subutex.

I can see you are a suboxon liker, go please to the topic how bad and hard is to come of suboxone and the withdrawals are hell. If suboxon is so great then why everybody wants to get off it ?

DON'T DO IT. You know that methodone is not the way to go; you also know how horrible methodone is to get off of. I am a recovering addict as well and started taking Butro. It is awesome, please look into that before you go back to methodone. GOOD LUCK.

suboxone is the same c**p as meth except suboxone has narcan in it so u if u shoot up ur gonna withdraw like fast, 1 mg of suboxone is the same as 60mg of meth, k, that help ya
