The Head Of My Penis Is Off-Center?

I'm worried. The head of my penis streches down farther on top than on the bottom. I'm not sure if this is a result of circumcision, or if this is a condition. It might be about 2 cm down on top, and half a cm on the underside. The eye of my penis is at the very end, like it should be, but everything else seems off. Anyone know what's going on?
