Hi, recently I've had the highest part of the shaft just below the head become red, as well as the skin starting to peel. It is very itchy. I also have what seems to be a cut on the opposite end. I've been getting conflicting advice from just wait it out, to moistureisers to neosporin. How should I proceed?
