3 weeks ago I woke in the middle of the night with the most excrutiating abdominal cramps followed by vomiting and diorreah this lasted 1 week and during that time I did not pass one bowel movement apart from mucous and blood. Dr said it was Salmonella although I had not eaten anything different from anyone else and they were all ok. Went back to work everything ok then yesterday I had the same cramps and I am still passing blood and mucous and feel that my bowel needs emptying but cant pass anything I feel quite uncomfortable and very tired just want to know what is wrong so that I can deal with it.
