I ran 7 miles at around 6:30 per each mile. I don't think I had run any mile that fast since I had started summer XC practice again. I had been going for 3 weeks about twice every week but the other fast person on the team was on a trip so I had no competition. But he came yesterday so that got my juices going. It truly reminded me why I love to run...I just loe the speed and the competition against oneself.
So yea..just happy that I'm farther along than I thought and a sub-17 this year is within reach.

It always help you when you train with a group. They will naturally pull you along or push you to keep a pace if you are struggling.
