I dont know what to do i cant eat or chew or swallow talk,spit or anything that invovles me using my mouth and I have no clue as to what it is!!!!

How long have you been having thins problem with your tongue? Is there a chance that you have bitten yourself in sleep and you are not away of it? There are also several conditions that can cause problems on your tongue but you would notice some more changes on it with the pain. The tongue can change the color and you even might notice small bumps on it. Do you have any of these symptoms? Do you have any patches on your tongue? The patches can be caused by condition called leukoplakia and this can be cancerous. So if you have these patches you should see a doctor and run some test at the hospital.
