Hiya im a 15  year old girl sick of being fat

it took me a while to realise i was fat because i was constantly saying i was ok and i wasn't fat i have come to terms with it now and need help to lose the fat i have ganed over the years i am willing to try anything over the corse of the year because im moving and want to be a new me when i do s

This is definitely the wrong board, but I'll try to answer you anyway.

There are basically two things you will probably need to do: eat less (or different things) and exercise. You definitely need to make sure you get enough to eat, don't starve yourself but make sure you're eating enough protein and not too much sugar and carbs. Meat, fish, and nuts are good protein sources. Exercising is the other thing, don't overdo it, but start small and work up. Don't be afraid of weight training, it won't make you look like a bodybuilder unless you take steroids (don't do this).
