I am 21 year old male, little overweight.
The past 3 years i smoked alot of weed and minimal exercise. Recently got a Personal trainer. And started jogging 15 min 2-3 times a week.
Last time i went for a job, and also the jog today. After 6 min jogging i get a chest pain/stabbing on the left side over my nipple
On the side. When i stop jogging it foes away in 5-10 sec. When i the. Start jogging again it comes back.
But it isent so intense that i ha e to stop jogging. I just stop jogging because i grt worried.
I only get this when i jogg. I dont get it when i do hard strenght/core/weight workouts with my PT he pushes me hard. So i get kinda confused why i only get it while jogging

It PROBABLY is not cardiac related but if it continues you are going to need to see your doctor.
It may be your pectoral muscles, from your description of the location. Perhaps there is something about the way you are moving them that is causing a spasm. You could try holding your arms in a different position.
Without knowing more about you and your history this is just a supposition. If it continues see your doctor - NOT THE TRAINER.
