My weight is 225 pounds and I am taking 295.5 mg a night. I wasn't goal to take so much but over a few weeks I needed more and more just to sleep. But at this dose after a few minutes I have tightening in my chest and trouble breathing. It goes away after a few minutes. It also affects my hearing for some odd reason. I'll have to let my doctor know so she can try to give me something else. She didn't prescribed this but what she gave me didn't work so I found this in liquid form.
