Tingiling in testicles like pins and needles

I have had tingling in my testicles along with burning sensations after i urinate, for 18 months now. I also feel the need to urinate alot. I have seen my Doctor, STD clinic twice, all clear. Ive been to a urologist three times they took a semen sample which had a trace of Intro Faecalis. Ive taken Cypro Dypro Ofloxacin (6 week course) and Amoxicillin they do help, but the problems return after i finish the course. Its almost as if i reinfect myself after ejaculation.I am awaiting a Flexiscope procedure to check my prostrate, but im not convinced that this is the problem.
Please help as its driving me insane
