It wakes me up in the middle of the night. I take mobic too, but it doesn't get rid of this. When I walk in the supermarket, it really gets to me. I guess the concrete floor is not good. I think it is sciatica, and that is weird, because sciatica is usuallly in the back or side. I do think it is coming from my spine though, as my spine is not good.
Good luck, and if you find anything out, please let me know. TY.

Here is help and solution that may work for some of you.
I am 76 years of age, had same tingling, burning and numbness on my both thigh for two month on and off.
When walk make long step. When stand point foot inward about 30 degree or more. Siting, massage and squeeze as hard as you can above your knee. When siting elevate your leg. People over weight, no activity, over active, dehidred, warm weather may contribuit to sympton. Do not worry, this is not health problem to panic. I am sharing my experience which works for me. I hope, it may work for some of you, using my methode. After two weeks let me know.

Meralgia paraesthetica is a neurological (nerve) condition that causes pain in the outer thigh. It is caused by compression of a nerve called the lateral cutaneous nerve of the thigh. This nerve supplies sensation (feeling) to the outer thigh. In many cases, the cause is not known. Usually the condition improves with conservative (nonsurgical) treatment - such as anti-inflammatories, painkillers or steroid injections.
What is meralgia paraesthetica?
Meralgia paraesthetica is a neurological (nerve) condition that causes an area of skin over the upper outer thigh to become painful, numb or tingly. Meralgia paraesthetica is known as a nerve entrapment syndrome. This means it is a collection of symptoms caused by a trapped (or compressed) nerve. The trapped nerve in question is called the lateral cutaneous nerve of the thigh (also known as the lateral femoral nerve).
