I'm not sure about this but I have the same symptoms in both legs, I noticed it hurts right were my cellphone sits in my pockets, I feel like my phone is vibrating in my pocket even if I don't have it in my pocket, I'm also worried I can't sit very long without moving or standing up, if you had a back injury you may want to look into that

Hello:

I had the same issue, after surgery I found out later it must have been my pain meds.(hydrocone) sometimes with Advil.

Hi, I am 21 and have had this pins and needles feeling in my right thigh ever since I was 17. My guess to it is that I play a lot of videos games. Like some days I was literally be sitting down the whole day and play games so I think I may have damaged a nerve somewhere. My doctor prescribed me with some medicine which was I think to help repair my nerves(Not too sure) but it works but then comes back after a couple of months

Sciatica gives you pain in the side or rear of your legs even down as low as the feet, although the nerve is in your back

Chris, I just started researching this because I have been suffering from this for the past four or five years. Sedentary lifestyle, desk job, a bit of a belly, it's all there. I used to be fit as a fiddle, six pack and all. Now its a mini keg. Your post just confirms that I need to start running and cycling again.

I have had a upper right thigh pain, on and off for a year.. After my second child it came back two more times. Yesterday it came back and hurt me worst all through the night my son sat on my leg this morning and it felt like he sat on a pin needle in my thigh and it hurt so bad.. It came back worse than it did before but I am definitely making a doctors appointment. And you should too if it keeps coming back.

I have this problem with my right thigh staying numb at all times. I have the feeling of pins sticking me. I have had 2 major back surgery's. I have had an MRI to check for pinch nerve or herniated disc. It shows nothing. The doctor seems to think it is nerve damage. Time will tell.
