I experienced the same thing a while back ... Dizziness, Tingling Tongue, and sometimes even burred vision and numbness in fingers. It was very scary ... i finally realized that it always happened after I had eaten or drank something high in sugar content. And these symptoms were most likely a result of hypoglycemia. After much research, I came across a possible root problem, an Intestinal Imbalance / Intestinal Candida. It's an overgrowth of the Candida fungus in the intestines, which can cause hypoglycemia, including the above symptoms. My Intestinal Candida was most likely brought on by Antibiotics i was prescribed 2 years ago. (A friend of mine also had similar symptoms, and her doctor determined that her Iron levels were low). Hope this helps ... try not to stress, because that can make the dizziness worse. And if it persists, go see your doctor for peace of mind.

I have the same symptoms (numbness on the left side of my tongue and dizziness at the same time - only last lasting moments at a time) and my MRI has come back fine, so if anyone gets any definite answers, please post. Thanks!!

same here! about 6 weeks ago I began to experience vertigo, also some teeth numbness. Last two weeks the vertigo and numbness has disappeared but the past couple days the left side of my tongue feels tingly, every once in a while. So strange!
