ive had a tingling pins and needles type sensation in my right testical for about 3 days now alos some slight pain but more just a discomfort. i have had the same partener for a year now so i dont think its an STD. the only thing ive noticed that could be connected to this is that i felt a sharp pain in the same testical about a week ago when my girlfriend was giving me oral sex although she wasnt actually doing anything to my testicals and i noticed the tingling feeling came on at least 2 days later. im 21. does anyone know what this could be???? as im very concerned as have never had these sort of problems before!!!!
