Hi i have been experiencing what i think may be panic attacks. Out of nowhere i will suddenly feel very uncomfortable in my skin, it will be accompanied by soreness in my arms and a high heart rate sometimes. Also its hard to explain but it feels a lil like chest pain mixed with coldness. I am 27 years old and i work pretty hard at work with no problem so i dont think it could be anything actually wrong with my heart. about 5 years ago i went to the ER because my heartrate seemed too fast to me and the doctor said my EKG and everything looked very healthy. I also get dizzy for no reason. COuld this be anxiety or something else. What is the treatment for anxiety? thanks. I know i should see a doctor just to settle my mind but they scare me lol.
