i have sex with my wife .now i am worried that she may get pregnant.what should i do .or what medication should i give to my wife in order to avoid pregnancy.
Hi, there are several ways to control pregnancy. One way is that you use condoms. They are 98% effective. Birth control pills are another way. If your wife wants to start taking birth control she must start her first pack of pills on the day her period begins. And then she has to take pills everyday at the same time. It is very important that she takes pills on the same at every day. The pills are almost 99% effective.
If you have any other question regarding this, feel free to ask.

You can take Plan B up to 5 days after unprotected sex. If you're worried about her being pregnant I'd get Plan B ASAP. Depending on which state you live in you should be able to get it over the counter at a pharmacy. It's usually about $50. If you go to Planned Parenthood or a similar family planning clinic, you should be able to get it cheaper if not free.

I think that your best bet if you do not want her to get pregnant is one of two things: you can ask her if she would like to take birth control, or you can start to use condoms. With condoms you are the one who is responsible, and that would show that you care about her and you'd be the one doing the work. You could also get a vasectomy if you are not interested in having kids. You can ask her to take birth control, but that would mean that you are making her responsible too, and that might be somewhat unfair. Let me know what you think!

Well I think that having any form of contraception is responsibility from both male and female. This is not something that just one persons has to think about. You both have to be responsible enough to take care of your selfs. So the best thing is that you both sit down and talk about this. See what option is best for you. And then agree on what kind of protection will you take.
