I'm sorry if I sound a little ignorant but it would help to have a little bit more context here. Are you referring to the left kidney of an infant with this disease? Have you spoken to a doctor about this? I think that without very much context or information that I can only advice that you see a pediatrician about this on how to care for them. Do you mean as in how to help ease a child's symptoms or how to help them with day to day care? In any case, it would be helpful to know. Thank you!

Hello there,

It is very hard to answer your question. Although healthnfitness guy tried and he did his best to answer your question I believe that no one except your doctor knows the real answer.

First of all pelvocaliectasia is new and fancy medical term which usually means that you have kidney stone in one of your kidneys. If it is mild than it just means it is mild and nothing more.

Usually your doctor determines which is best treatment option based on the size and number of the stones and it can happen that they pass on their own.

I hope that this helps you somewhat and that you will resolve your problem soon. Good luck.
