I am 13 years old and I need to loose weight.  I play softball and I babysit maybe 4-5 days a week.  I think my prolbem is that I eat when ever I am bored.  I know I need to loose weight but when I want to my mind says walking isn't goin to work so just forget about it then I sit back down and forget about it.  When I do go walking I come back I the house I eat food.  I need some more activities to keep me occupied so I don't eat.  I am tired of being the slowest runner in my class because I am so outta shape.  And we buy a lot of cookies and icecream so please help me with some suggetions.
