im 16 and I'm 6 feet tall and I'm 135 pounds trying to gain weight but can't i work out every day and over eat somebody help me out please and thank you

you need to consume more calories a day than what you burn. you need to eat more foods with lots of protein like meat, fish and poultry, and more fruits and veggies. just eating junk food wont help you gain weight. if you really feel like you can not gain weight go see your doctor.
