anyone know what it could be? Sometimes its painful to lie on the right side (which i have to cause of nose breathing trouble) because it brushes against that painful area which comes and goes. SOmetimes it is so sore, as if i just bumped really hard, but i didn't of course. I do also have fibromyalgia but i don't think its related.
