In this video just posted. How many of these exercises should one do at one setting? Is it okay to do them 5 x a week all of them on the 6 minute video?

If you're a beginner 10-15 reps for each exericse. Go for one set. Repeat 1-3 sets - depends on your physicque and weights you're lifting. Take 1 minute breaks between sets.

5x times a week - it's great - of course combine with some type of cardio, leg/glute workout, abs and back workout.
