after youve washed and dryed your penis thourghly put a little bit of johnsons baby lotion and spred it all over the head and under the fore skin gently dab of any excess and it should be ok because the reason for the smell it a build up of smegma and that only excreted if the head becomes dry and this keep you penis slightly moist

If the only symptom is the smell, it's probably not an std or sti, so it's not viral... bacteria is the only other culprit...:-D ... try applying tiinyy tinny layer of triple antibiotic onto a dry unit after a shower ... :DDD ... can't believe how painless and awesome it came out... i just wanted to say thanks. cuz i to had a fishy smell under my for skin and over the last couple of year i thought i had some horrible fishy STD! Hey, uh, Well the last 2 months, I have been too busy and tired to bother washing every day. okay so it stinks fishy and when i wash it it goes away an comes back pretty quick (never timed it) but i also have these werid scar type marks on the glands and around they are white and rough to the touch.

Just in case you still don't know, it sounds very much like you got genital warts. You need to go to the STD clinic. They will get rid of them with a few treatments, but there's a small chance that they may come back a few years down the line. And yes, they are contagious, so be sure to use a condom until they have completely cleared up.
