Unexplainable abd pain since last year

Here I go I am a 30 yrd old mother of three and last November I started having abd pain cramping really bad on the upper part of my belly and I went to the ER and they first thought I had an ulcer then 3 mo later I was admitted to rule out appendisitis then 6 mo later admitted again for 5 days 30,000.00 dollars later they came up with all studies negative endoscopy, colonoscopy, barium study and catscan all negative. Dr said symptoms where similar to Chrons but not 100% sure becasue everything was negative including the blood work. Do not know what else to do, Please help
