Hi There, I read with interest all of your posts.. Your symptoms are exactly the same as mine and like you am going all around the houses having tests and scans and seeing all sorts of doctors to no avail.. sometimes I just feel like screaming.. They never listen and treat people like they are mad, or just obsessional... My symptoms started 2 months ago and it has been 2 months of hell! The day before I felt ill I was out on my Mountain Bike and never felt better.. I started with a sore throat, then I got chest pains which seemed like a Hear Attack.. ended up in casualty.. then prgressed to swallowing problems and I could almost feel the food going down with pain in my back.. got to the point where whatever I eat.. as soon as I have had a few mouthfuls.. I feel like I am going to pass out, my heart is beating fast and I feel a real sense of panic.. I cannot eat much all in one go and I have to now eat very bland only soft foods.. I have a spoonfull then wait then another and so on!.. I have lived an amazingly healthy lifestyle..but maybe over done things over years where exercise is concerned.. I used to teach Keep Fit and my lifestyle basically revolved around that.. The Docs have told me I have acid refux and that it is silent, as I have never had any symptoms before... I have A little inflammation in the stomach and also in the Esophogus, which they say is due to taking anti-inflammatory drugs.. I have torn ligaments in a shoulder, whcih cause me pain at times. The Docs say that it is impossible that reflux is causing all of my symptoms.. and they have done blood tests for many other things, to no avail, other than low iron and low vit d.. I am really sesperate to understand how I suddenly became ill.. The only other thing I can remamber is having Amalgam fillings drilled at the dentist the day before and getting some down my throat.. many people say that this can poison the system with mercury.. I am just trying to think of anything really..

Same thing here. Aspirin helps symptoms for me. If I get regular exercise it goes away. Have been pretty sedentary the last year and need to get off my butt so this goes away, again. Everyone including me hate to hear the diet and exercise part of the equation but it is so important.

Hi All there,
I have the same symptons and feeling for the pass 2 years and still experience it now. I came across this sharing and got to know we are facing the same thing here.
I went thru all test, and the last thing that doc could tell me is "stress". As you guys had stated, whenever I am in stress, work harder, the sympton will strike and make me feel extremely discomfort; from abdomen to the stomatch, left hands and legs, neck, then to the head, even to breath, I will need to push myself up and left chest feel muscle pulling and many more, name it as I believed this..my stomach have the same gastrictic and inflammation as per gastroendoscopy results, had taken many things so far but one thing have just caught my attention was the vitamin-B complex for executive.
I was looking for something else to help myself to relief this pain at one pharmacy one day and the vitamin B-Complex caught my attention with their big promotional poster.
Futher reading found vitamin B-Complex is important for human nerve system, energy production from carbohydrates, stress and axiety reduction hormone production, etc etc which I found something I would like to share with you guys. Here is the reading I googled from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B_vitamins. You may start google and read more to see if this is related and if it can help us out.
One thing come to my mind is, as we age, the mineral, vitamin, nutrien stored in our body will be used out. Our daily food intake might not have all the important nutrient our body required, hence, in daily life, our body is utilizing the stocks in body to cope with our external environment.
If anyone of you have tried before, please share with us if taking Vitamin B-Complex really help out.
Wish you all the best and kind regards.

This all started with me since sep 2013, in May 2013 I got my new job as IT Support. when I join the firm, after few weeks their few server went down, I really got a lot of stress in those days as I was new and this happened and I didn't knew how to fix it, and I use to sit in front of the servers to make it up and running for several hours daily for 2 -3 days in temperature below 15.
After few days I fixed them, but I got pain in back of my eyes and back of my head and neck. I went to hospital they diagnose me with chronic sinus. They give me falazol antibiotic and nasal sprays, and vicks to clear that up and run the course for few weeks without any result.
The headache and pain in neck goes away but left me with joint pains, stomach discomfort, sometime loose watery stools, mucus in stools and slight blood once or twice in stool till now, that is also because of straining during bowls.
I did a lot of tests and X-rays like:
1) CBC = OK
2) Ultra sound for all internal organs like kidneys, liver, pancreases, gallbladder etc = OK
3) Stool test= All ok but Occult positive because of slight blood of straining. Offered Colonoscopy, but other doctors thought not necessary as it was once only or twice.
4) Chest X-ray = OK
5) Spine X-ray = C2-C3 fusion, Doctor says its by birth he guess.
Now its July 2015 and all my symptoms are on and off, sometime goes away for weeks or months and come back after and stays for days and then disappear.
I recently got a bad stomach problem with watery stools, I felt I am gonna die, worst nausea ever I felt, goes dhydrated and maybe run down the blood pressure, which left me with hands and legs about to paralyze, but as soon I drank ulti vitamin juice came back to normal.
Now very next day watery bowl is gone but still feel nausea sometime.
My current symptoms that comes and goes are:
Neck pain, Ears clogged or pressure sometime one and sometime both on and off, arms and legs pain and weakness sometime, feeling fatigue or tiredness, stomach aches, feel argue to bowl but nothing, sometime a lot of wind sometime ok, vertigo and dizziness because of sinus pressure.
Not sure what to do, don't want to go to doctor any more, but how to know what's happening?

I went to a cardiologist for a checkup and will find out results of my halter monitor, etc. this week. I had stress test/blood work, echo cardio, etc. two years ago and everything was fine. This is a new symptom to me and scares the poop out of me... I am sure some of the symptoms are more noticiable becuase I am freaking out.
Has anyone else had these symptoms/issues? It sounds similar to the first post... I just find it odd that the ear pressure is related to the fullness in chest/possibly caused by acid reflux?? I hope that is the case and there isn't something else going on...

Even though it may sound like a cliche, anxiety can be held accountable for lots of ugly symptoms that make people worry about their health. And that creates even more anxiety and its related symptoms. Even when you're on vacation in a tropical paradise your brain may remember something that makes you worry in the back of your mind and you may not even be aware of it. You just get a few symptoms and then you start worrying for real even though it's just anxiety from unconscious thoughts. And then the vicious circle begins. You worry about your symptoms and you have symptoms because you worry too much.
Other times you may get a simple heart burn or something and you focus on it too much and you keep worrying and that may trigger other "symptoms" without you realizing it's only anxiety messing with you.
I'm not a doctor or anything so I'm not saying that this is the case here. But from my experience and from doing research on this subject I just couldn't believe how many "heart attacks" and ear problems and dizziness and pressure and numbness etc were actually just the result of people worrying too much ( especially about their health condition and possible "problems") and feeding their anxiety.
Controlling your thoughts and emotions as well as your breathing, as best as you can really helps. Keeping a positive attitude and mentality and a little optimism can do wonders.
Again, I'm not saying that this is what is causing the problems discussed in this thread but anxiety can really play dirty sometimes and maybe this helps.
I wish you all the best!
