Unprotected intercourse, I have bad cramps and I feel sick, is it too early for the test?

I had unprotected sex on Sunday the 18th in due on the 1st I've been getting bad cramps and back aches feing sick lightheaded and dizziness and head aches too, Ive done a home test last week but a week is to early right? Ive not been feeling mysekd always so tierd as well i just dont feel right ive never had these cramps or back aches before My mood swings are terrible aswell
