You would not feel pregnancy symptoms one day after sex. Earliest you can take a test is before your next period.

Hm.. When you say failed do you mean it broke but your boyfriend had cum inside your vagina?
If this is the case you should definitely take the test. You can do this 7 days after you had unprotected sex but it is best to use it 14 days after. The best one is the morning test and it is 90 % accurate so if you get positive result you are most likely pregnant.
On the other hand the symptoms you are mentioning could be symptoms of the flu and it is too early, even if you are pregnant, to start to feel them. So try to relax because stress will only postpone your period if you are not pregnant.
