Me too . A few years back I got a nightmare about like I have a few seconds to do something and sometimes when I am having exams or homework I will tent to think that I am doing it in a hurry or in a rush.
And I am actually quite worried as like sometimes when my Mother talks to me I will think that I am talking to her in a very fast speed

I also have a weird feeling in the back of the base of my skull when I get these feelings.
I haven't had one in many many years and just had one again last night, I'm 43 years old. The last one I had was at least 8 years ago. Why do they come back out of the blue?

Hey google this: "the rushes alice in wonderland syndrome"
The first few links that pop up are research articles/websites on what everybody here is experiencing
One was written by a doctor who went through a forum (just like this one!) and documented what people were saying. Seriously google it and check out the links.
The name of the 'fast feeling' is The Rushes.
