I have a large lump in the crease between my leg/buttocks/groin area. It is painful, but I have tried to lance it and there is no discharge but blood. It is elongated and very deep. I went to my doctor and he said it feels more like a mass than a cyst and ordered an ultrasound. Has anyone else dealt with something like this?
