I just ran across this site and I am also relieved to know that I am not the only one with this problem!! Just like Hasznone and the Guest above him/her.....I have the very same symptoms doing the very same things. I have even been sitting in a restaurant talking with friends and start to laugh and it "grabs" me. It is startling when it hits and it is very painful. I have gotten it driving if I looked too quickly to the side or twisted to get into the car. When you are in public and it hurts so bad....you just have to act normal and hope it goes away quickly. It really is horrible and seems to be getting worse. I have not heard anyone say that it actually gets sore sometimes after having a really bad one. Almost like I have been exercising those particular muscles and they are sore! That doesn't happen all the time. So do we get any answers from this column? I don't know if I have a terrible tumor or something going on in there or what? I did tell my doctor and she said, you are over weight and those muscles tend to just float around in there???!!!? She was not interested in talking about it any further so I dropped it. Can anyone give me some insight?
