Fellow Sufferers,
It was great to come across this thread as it's the best I've come across so far.
The last 3 years have been an absolute disaster. I first had issues with neck pain and chronic headaches. I still have headaches most days....
About 2 months ago I had pelvic related pain, then for the last two weeks I've experienced this pressure pain right below the sternum, as discussed on this thred. Back pain, abdominal pain, difficulty breathing sometimes, loss off appittite, it almost feels like me thoracic area of my back is jammed up.
Having experienced rough bouts of anxiety through my life, I can't help but think it could all be related....
The anxiety doesn't help the fact of thinking the worst and that something is seriously wrong....
My previous experiences with traditional medicine should be enough of a deterrent to not go to the doctors, I don't think they've ever been able to cure me with any of my issues. Nonetheless I went to the doctor today and he has given me some medication to take over the next two weeks. He shrugged off the idea when I requested a scan as my stress and anxiety was significantly effecting me. He said my symptoms weren't enough for me to need to get a scan, but if I wanted one he would do so. I unwillingly accepted not to have it, although regretting it now...
It's so frustrating, for the last 5 years I feel like I've always had something wrong... I fix one issue, then another issue arises...
I live an extremely stressful life running multiple businesses and really struggle to do so when my mind is on my pain...
This original post was sometime ago, but I'd love to hear from anyone...

THIS HELPS...I started having the same pain...center, just below my ribcage in the bra line area. Soooo extremely painful. I'm thinking my gallbladder? I read apple cider vinegar can help the gallbladder. So as soon as I feel an attack begin, I run and mix about one tablespoon of Bragg's ACV with some water and down it. Within a few minutes it's gone. My only fear is that I'm out and when I feel this pain starting and I can't get to my ACV!

I know exactly what you are saying. Every time I get one thing under control something else pops up to take its place. I can really relate to your neck pain. I have bad stress myself and I swear it makes my chronic neck pain ten times worse. So I finally get it to a manageable level and bam now I'm having bad stomach pains. Now I think I'm getting or got an ulcer. why do we suffer with our health? Hope you are getting better. And good luck.

I'm having the same thing. Mine is a sharp pain in the middle of my torso right below my sternum. I was up for a few hours last night.

I actually have had the same thing happen to me but I sadly don't know what it is. I've gotten my period so maybe it has something to do with that.

I had the same thing for quite a while. The doctor eventually tested for h. Pylori and it was negative. Did various other test sources and all negative. Finally did an endoscopy and that showed that I had a sliding hiatal hernia, which was not only the source of the pain, but also gas, bloating, coughing, acid reflux, and even nausea. I've tried various techniques that can be found on the internet to pull the stomach down where it belongs. It lasts for a while, and then the hernia eventually comes back. But at least I know the problem and how to address it. I also use l-glutamine, DGL, and Aloe Vera juice to help heal my esophagus from the reflux.

It sounds like it could possibly be a hiatal hernia. I would see your doctor and ask for an endoscopy to determine if that is what you have. If you do have a hernia, I would suggest seeing a functional doctor or naturopathic doctor to help heal any esophageal damage. I would not recommend taking an acid blocker since they hinder digestion and absorption of key nutrients. Good luck.

Have had same pain fora year-end had my gall bladder out last june- felt better for a month then this started-all kinds if years- I do have kidney stones but urologist says those aren't the cause of this pain- pain runs between my ribs- if I touch it it feels like a deep bruise- down along my right side- sort of under my ribs-- sometimes around to my back- I don't eat fatty diet, or spicy or drink...

I felt like I was reading something I wrote. Always sick. Always pain. Currently the pain under the ribs won't let up at all.
