Hello Doctor

My wife is having problems since i met her over 2 years not able to go to the bathroom more than once every 5-7days. and she faces trouble in taking sh*t out(sorry for the language)
Her parents mother, grandmother, father, aunty.... have cancer in there intestine next to the exit.
Is that symptoms of cancer for my wife. i bought her LACTULOSE SOLUTION BP to help her go to toilet, didnt even help in making her go to the bathroom and the harmacist said it's a very strong solution
can you come back to me so i can know if i take her to hospital or find any medicine to help her.

please note she is in very good helth but you can notice that her belly is big
