I once masturbated when my bladder was full. Till then my urine amount was absolutely normal. However, after the masturbation, as the urine passage gets closed temporarily, my urine passage has since not become normal, and has remained so till date. As a result my urine amount has decreased to a large extent and I am unable to clear my bladder even though I can feel my bladder to be full most of the time. Please help!
Use the tips of your fingers to push down on your lower abdomen just above the pubic bone. This will force the unvoided urine from your bladder.
This does not help much, and also, will I have to do the same thing all the time? Isn't there any permanent cure?
if its not working then u should go to a doctor,get a urogram done to rule out strictures
