From doing this my labia has stretched and i have a tag of skin next to my hood of my clit.
I just wanted to know if i stop for a while will this go back to normal?. Its knocked my confidence and im ashame of my body

Not sure in what way you do it... but it is normal with activity and usage the vaginal area will change and or stretch. I am not sure if stopping will make it go back to normal, since vaginas change with age and the inner and outter labia tend to change alot.
Unless you are red and swollen chances are the labia are changing. They do stretch and are not meant to stay tight and small forever.
